Wedding Rates and Services
We have a simplified approach as to what we offer with our rates: In a nutshell, everything! All makeup services incude false eyelashes as well as an airbrush makeup option (to be discussed with the artist). Travel within Austin is included. Travel to venues outside of Austin will be an additional (yet reasonable!) fee. We request that the client covers valet parking for the artists at hotels without easily-accessible self-parking.

Does everyone on the team do both Hair and Makeup?
All of the pictures on the website shows both Erica's hair and makeup work, unless otherwise noted. Erica works with a small team of awesome stylists, some of whom are stronger in either hair or makeup but are training with the team to become proficient with both.
Do you use airbrush? Is it better? Who should get it? And what about lashes? What makeup do you use?
We use both traditional and airbrush foundation and don't consider one to be "better" than the other. Traditional foundation has the most natural coverage. Airbrush foundation is especially great in the hottest months and for people who have any discoloration problems like rosacea or sunspots but isn't great for applying over wrinkles. Airbrush does not cost any extra, and we will talk you through which foundation is best for you.
We are always testing new products and each have our favorites products across different makeup lines. We provide indivdual and strip lashes and have a variety of lengths and styles, from natural to dramatic. We're also happy to put on
Do brides usually do a trial? Do you recommend it? When can they be scheduled and how long do they take?
Approximately 85% of brides do a trial. If possible, we recommend a trial. Not only does the trial serve as a way for clients to solidify their look for their wedding, but it's a great way for the stylist and the client to get to know each other. Since your Hair Stylist and Makeup Artist will likely be one of the first people you see on your wedding day, and, depending on the size of your party, will spend quite a bit of time with you and your family and friends, it's great to already have a connection with each other.
Trials generally take between 1.5 to 2.5 hours. Please be flexible when setting up a trial: some weekend appointments can be accommodated but often weekends are too busy with weddings. Weekdays and week nights are preferred.
How far ahead should I book?
Last minute appointments are often available, especially for clients with small wedding parties, but for the Spring and Fall bridal season we usually books from 4-8 months in advance.
